Who will contact me regarding my jewelry shipment?
All packages received are reviewed and evaluated by one of our gemologists/appraisers. Once a complete analysis has been performed we will call you to discuss our findings, and to provide a purchase offer. As always, The Estate Buyer will be happy to address any questions or concerns regarding your fine jewelry.
What if I decide not to sell my jewelry?
If you are not satisfied with our purchase offer, then we will be happy to return your items, insured at twice the amount of our purchase offer.
